The association offers classes using four types of equipment: hammock, hoop, silk, and pole. We also offer stretching and core training classes. The Sports Therapy classes announced during the specified period are free to attend. We offer group and private lessons with the help of 4 instructors. During summer camps, children can get to know and try out our equipment, helping them become more familiar with this sport.
