The RTM – Rectus Training Method is a comprehensive rehabilitation program. It focuses on rectus diastasis (the separation of the rectus abdominis muscles) and strengthens the weak core muscles. The program’s goal is not only to restore your postpartum belly but also to help you learn to live with it; to understand what has happened to your body, and to help prevent more serious damage in the future. What makes RTM unique is that it takes into account the specific factors following childbirth, the so-called postnatal variables: the physical and emotional changes and challenges mothers face.
Follow-up plays a key role—providing ongoing support to participants, tailoring exercises to individual needs, adhering to the principle of gradual progression, and increasing the level of difficulty. Further information: http://rectustrainingmethod.hu
