County Hall Square

Introduction

Veszprém County Hall is located in the southern part of the city center, between Szabadság Square and Komakút Square. The most prominent public artwork in the area is the monument to Árpád Brusznyai, created by Miklós Melocco. County Hall and Csermák Antal Elementary School of Arts are also located here.

Accessibility

There is a local bus stop on the square, but only buses going in the direction of Egyetem Street stop there, as traffic from Szabadság Square is one-way. For other directions, Komakút Square or Petőfi Theater Veszprém, which are a short walk away. It is a 10-minute walk from the bus station.
