1st Inclusive Open Practice Day Active (Sports and Movement) Veszprém, HIFitness MOVING TOGETHER – INCLUSIVE OPEN TRAINING DAY AT HIFITNESS We believe that exercise is for everyone. 💪 On the afternoon of September 26, we’re hosting a special, free event at HiFitness: at our first Inclusive Open Workout Day, we want to create an opportunity for people with different abilities and mobility levels to exercise together, get to know each other, and discover the possibilities of functional training. 💙💚 This event is part of the “Get Moving, Veszprém!” initiative. The Open Training Day is part of the “Moving Together—An Inclusive Fitness Program for People with Limb Impairments at HiFitness” initiative, which is supported by the Veszprém–Balaton European Region of Sport 2026 Program. 💛 WHO IS WELCOME? Primarily adults who • have a congenital or acquired limb deficiency, • have undergone an amputation, • use a prosthesis, or • have a permanent upper or lower limb mobility impairment resulting from an accident or illness, and whose health allows them to participate in recreational sports. We also warmly welcome able-bodied participants, as one of the most important goals of our program is precisely to exercise together and support one another. 💛 🕒 PROGRAM 3:00–4:00 p.m. Getting to know each other, introduction to HiFitness, the trainers, and the equipment, as well as a joint assessment of individual exercise capabilities 4:00–5:00 PM 💪 Group inclusive functional training We’ll adapt the exercises to individual abilities and capabilities so that every participant can find the right type of movement and intensity for them. 📅 Saturday, September 26, 2026 ⏰ 3:00–5:00 p.m. 📍 HiFitness – 1st floor, 21 Almádi út, Veszprém 8200 🎟️ PARTICIPATION IS FREE, BUT ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. 👇 REGISTRATION: https://forms.gle/4QiJYAeFEkrX8jb6A IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE VENUE HiFitness gym is located on the first floor of the building and is currently not wheelchair-accessible. Introduction

Location & Accessibility
Located at the end of Almádi Road, parking is available on site. If you are arriving by public transport, it is about a 5-minute walk from the "Almádi út" bus stop. They welcome their guests with a weekly schedule that is updated regularly on Sundays. Advance booking is required and can be made online or by phone.
