Zsuzsa Koncz

Zsuzsa Koncz

Hungary first got to know her on Ki mit tud (Who Knows What), the forerunner of talent shows on television. From 1963, she sang with the bands Omega, Illés, and then Metró, and her first hit record was the song Rohan az idő (Time is Running) in 1966. She then recorded with the band Illés and later with Fonográf, on which - and on all her subsequent albums - János Bródy was her defining collaborator. Forty albums, most of them gold or platinum, domestic and international festival successes, concerts, memorable TV shows and prestigious awards mark her career.
