The building was already in use in the 19th century as a residential house, and its street-facing facade still evokes the architectural traditions of the villages that once lined the road. and gained its final form at the beginning of the 20th century through a series of renovations and additions. The parts and furnishings that could be saved can be viewed in the exhibition and in public spaces.

The exhibition presents the home of a family who lived in the first decades of the 20th century. The museum strives to present the collection, architectural and folk art heritagein a way that is easily accessible to children and young people. The building provides an authentic backdrop for folk art workshops and the revival of folk traditions, for young and old alike.
