HelloVEB is a pioneering digital experience platform that brings together tourism, culture, sports, and leisure programs in the Veszprém, Bakony, and Balaton regions. The goal of the portal system is to make it easy for users to find events that interest them, and for partners to communicate effectively and expand their reach.

HelloVEB is the flagship website of the Tourism Management System (TMR) for the Veszprém, Bakony, and Balaton, program guide and event search engine for the Balaton region.

 Public interface:

• Regional program organizers can upload their events, programs, and recommendations free of charge.
• The organizer is always responsible for the uploaded content; the site operator only sets the editing principles.
• Anyone who accepts and complies with these principles can join and publish content. making HelloVEB an open, publicly built program directory.

 User experience:

What kind of thematic interfaces can be created?

The system is suitable for operating thematic portals and microsites (e.g., sports, active lifestyle, institutional events) that work with their own category system, appearance, and filtering logic while using the same database.

Is a separate admin interface required for each page?

No. One of the biggest advantages of modular operation is that all content can be managed from a single administration interface, regardless of how many domains or thematic pages it appears on. This significantly reduces duplication of work.

How does this benefit organizers?

For organizers, this means greater reach without extra administration: programs can automatically appear on regional, thematic, and partner interfaces, targeting specific audiences.

The HelloVEB program guide module is a unified, regional event and program collection interface that allows cultural, sports, and tourism programs to be uploaded once and automatically displayed on multiple websites.

The module has been developed primarily for local governments, institutions, event organisers and tourism service providers who wish to make their programmes easily and widely visible.

Programmes can be recorded on a central admin interface. With a single upload, the content can be displayed on multiple interfaces, such as regional, thematic or institutional pages, thus eliminating the need for parallel administration.

Depending on the settings, uploaded events can appear on HelloVEB.hu, thematic (e.g. sports) subpages, as well as partner and card pages, among others.

The programme recommendation module is available free of charge, and featured appearances are primarily available to discount card partners.

The TMR ticket system, Jegy.HelloVEB.hu, is a cloud-based solution that offers secure ticket sales and ticket management for cultural institutions, events, and service providers. Ticket purchases are based on the TMR event and venue database, saving time during implementation.

The system is suitable for both seated auditorium settings and free event registration. This solution is ideal for the sale of tickets for seasonal festivals, permanent exhibitions, tours and themed walks. It is also perfect for the creation of complex experience packages that offer cross-selling opportunities, for example a combination of museum admission and concert tickets.

The system is capable of issuing any type of card, including club cards for sports clubs, loyalty cards for restaurants and cafés, and cards for the general public.
