Who is it recommended for?
Recommended for relieving symptoms caused by sedentary work, and for preventing the development of conditions resulting from a sedentary lifestyle. It can serve as a complementary workout for those who perform one-sided exercises or play one-sided sports (handball, tennis, basketball). It is recommended for anyone who wants to train correctly and injury-free, and to master the basics precisely. The exercises can be performed even with significant excess weight, as there are no jumping or dynamic movements involved. It is recommended for those who have already recovered from serious musculoskeletal conditionsand have completed the prescribed physical therapy, and who wish to maintain their current level of fitness and prevent the development of further symptoms.
What you’ll need for the class:
Comfortable clothing, a foam mat, a large towel, and water.
The cost of the session: 3,000 HUF / hour (cash on site)
