The essence of the workout:
During interval training, cardio and strength-building segments alternate with one another. Equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands) and playful exercises (obstacle course, wall bars, coordination ladder).
The goal of the workout:
Improving balance, increasing strength, toning the abs, glutes, arms, thighs, and back muscles, relaxation, stress relief.
I recommend this workout for you if:
- you want to lose a few pounds - you want a toned, toned, lean physique, - you want to let off steam and relieve tension.
What you’ll need for the workout:
Good shoes that support your ankles (because we’ll be jumping, running, and doing sprints), a foam mat, a towel, and water.
Class fee: 3,000 HUF / hour (cash on site)
