Morning Nordic Walking in Alsóörs

Would you like to try Nordic walking? 
On a Nordic walking tour held in the peaceful surroundings of Alsóörs held in the peaceful surroundings of the forest, you’ll learn the basics of this form of exercise, the proper use of the poles, and the essentials of the technique. The program is short and easy to understand; no prior experience is required.
Location: the public area in front of  Alsóörs Post Office. Poles will not be provided by the organizers. Participation is free.
