Join Miklós Heim-Tóth for an eight-week, small-group mindfulness course in Veszprém, on the upper floor of the Ablak a bablak café. Mindfulness techniques help you to calm down, connect with yourself, recognize recurring thought patterns, and find inner balance. The group meets once a week during the course, and materials are provided to help you practice at home.
